I love the model that the Alamo Drafthouse brings to the modern cinema. However, I will say your quality of service will be dependent on your server. Which we’ve had mixed feelings on. That said, if you’re looking for a pure, film lovers experience. I recommend the Drafthouse more than pretty much any standard commercial theater chain. Their cell phone policy keeps the attention on the movie, and not on other things. Too many times have I been frustrated with a movie where someone is just tapping away on a bright screen right next to me. I’ve even had people taking flash photography in a dark theater, who does that? So the cell phone policy alone makes me okay with giving Alamo a 5-Star rating. Beyond that, it’s more geared towards adults as patrons. Not to say bringing your kids to movies is a bad idea, families have every right to see movies too. But this definitely helps for individuals who just want an escape to a peaceful theater to watch in a high-quality setting. Overall, it’s theaters like the Alamo Drafthouse that keep me wanting to return to theaters. There’s just nothing the home theater can match to seeing a movie on the big screen with the rumbling sound permeating throughout the room.

I absolutely loved our experience here! It was really so amazing and it made the perfect date night for my husband and I. I actually had never heard of this place, I received tickets to the Barbie early screening though so we went and now we can’t wait to go back! I know for a lot of people it may be out of the way, especially when there is the bigger very well known theaters close by. But I 100% think that it’s worth it to skip the other ones and check these guys out. Right away when you walk in it just feels more like a personalized experience vs walking into a business establishment. They have a lot of little touches that really give the place a special touch. Inside the theater is really nice. The chairs are so comfortable, the temp inside is perfect, sound system and volume was perfect, screen was great. The service staff was amazing. They offer full service right to your chair with a full menu available. My husband and I ate before the movie so we weren’t really hungry. Of course we got the bottomless popcorn and drinks but then the person next to us got mozzarella sticks which made us want some so we ordered that as well, they were really good. Everything was so clean. The restrooms looked and smelled cleaned. The floors were free of any popcorn or trash from previous movie goers. It was really a great experience.

It's want to see a really cool place there. They serve alcohol to have huge theaters. The place is just huge in general and the people that work there are very nice and helpful. When you're in the theater they have a menu and pencil paper, a button to press to write your order on and it'll be delivered to you. I would say it's a little on the high side but it's very worth it to me. They have an option for a season pass for $20 a month before one free movie every week. If that's not a still, I don't know what it is. We will definitely go back again and explore the rest of everything there.

This is the type of place that deserves the highest rating I could possibly give. Comfortable leather recliners, great menus, excellent service at your seat. I had a perfect experience here and felt very welcome.

This is an absolutely awesome movie theater. Plush seating, delicious food, expensive- but you get what you pay for. Perfect for date night or family movies. They have an older movie in rotation which I love. If I don’t find a new release that I want to see, I can generally find an older movie that’s being played on the main screen. Yay for the addition of the Alamo! (Added pictures of the food menu)

It's a super cool theater. Nice, fun, themed decorations. Comfortable seats that recline & you can order food they will bring to your seat. I have had the best experience when the theater isn't crowded. They also have a nice selection of recently released movies along with older classics, which sometimes are shown with fun events like brunch. Recently I went on a Friday night and didn't have a great experience with service - they were short staffed, we ordered waters a few times & never recieved them, and no one recieved their check until a bit after the movie was over because the server had to go work another theater. We didn't recieve compensation after this or anything.

This place is awesome! Super comfortable, new and aesthetically pleasing. My only squabble was the food ordering was chaotic, came out at totally different times,(like an hour) had to repeatedly ask for my drink, we had like 6 different waiters, both times I’ve been. But if they can sort that out it would be a full 5 stars for me, just to get popcorn and soda was a lot of work…but I’ll designs be back!

Watched Violent Night here and had dinner. The hot chocolate (spiked) special was worth it. Not sure how they got it perfectly hot yet drinkable. Must be Christmas magic — I still don’t know how that works ;-) Chicken and fries were great. Pizza was fine. Hubby liked the pizza better than I did. Service was in training but it’s working! They tried so hard to squat out of view of the screen. They’re gonna have to be so sore from that! We’ll be back. I want to try the cauliflower!
